Seller Sign Up Steps and Checklist
Notes:
Step 1 (Get Seller Documents) :
READ ALL documents under “Seller Documents”
2. Seller Registration Guidelines and
(Note links to these documents are also located on the footer menu under “Seller Information”). Do Not proceed to step 3 without successfully completing this step.
Step 2 (Complete Registration Form and Submit) :
Select the register tab and fill out the necessary information. (be sure to select “I am a vendor”. After Registration, copies of all documents will be emailed to you. You may also save the documents yourself from the side bar menu options on the registration page.
Step 3 (Verify Your account) :
In order to verify your account, you must then send ONE scanned copy of your National ID card OR your Passport to Koperasi Kakitangan UiTM Berhad.
Step 4 (Receive approval) :
On receipt of your ID copy, an admin from https://ucmall.com.my will contact you to give you a unique store ID. You must then proceed to make your “web-store” visible and attractive.

| Step 5 | Login to the vendor dashboard using the email address and password you used to set up the account.
You can now proceed to populate your account with as many products as you wish. (Vendor area > Settings > Store).
Should you be unable to add your products to the store and you require an admin to do so, please do not hesitate to contact Koperasi for assistance.
Be sure to fill out your payment credentials via the following path; Vendor area > Settings > Payment. This must be accurate as all payments from the store for sales of products will be sent to this account! Admin will not take responsibilities for monies being sent to an account that was filled out here “by accident” by the vendor. You may not continuously change this account. Only one account per store will be allowed. |
