Seller or Vendor Responsibilities

The seller or vendor has to make sure that the product/service listing meets Koperasi Kakitangan UiTM Berhad and https://ucmall.com.my requirements which are as follows:

• All products in your outlet or shop must be readily available to allow for a pick-up and delivery within the agreed days (agreed period) of buyer’s purchase. In cases where the product not available within the agreed period, “the seller” undertakes to refund the buyer or to have an extended period which to be agreed by both, seller and purchaser that the product to be made available. If no mutual agreement is reached, the seller has to refund the monies paid by the purchaser at no cost.
• https://ucmall.com.my caters for the sales of creative and customizable products /services. Before listing a product, please make sure it is allowed on https://ucmall.com.my and necessary approval from Koperasi is required. Failing which, the products /service will be removed without notice to you. Kindly refer or contact Koperasi for products/services that are listed under “prohibited products.
• When your product is sold on the website, you will be responsible for making arrangements for collection of your products by delivery agent of https://ucmall.com.my within the time the agreed period as stated earlier in this section.
• You (the seller) are responsible for any returns, exchange shipping costs, bank fees and delivery costs for the item if the delivery agent delivers the wrong, damaged, defective, or sub-par item.
• You are responsible for the entering of products /services information and details on the website and must ensure that products/ services are placed in the right main and sub-categories. Products may belong to one or more categories. Should you be unable to enter and upload product information, kindly refer to us for
