Seller Registration Guidelines

Want to join the online store in https://ucmall.com.my/? Please note the following before registration:

• To register on in https://ucmall.com.my all listed goods must be shipped and made from within https://ucmall.com.my
• We provide Parcel and Delivery Management System to help seller to handle all deliveries to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery service and less thing to stress about! (Kindly contact us for Parcel and Delivery Management System briefing / details)
• You will need to fill out an online form to register as a seller, we will need your business name, address, phone number(s), email address, brief description of type of products or services you wish to sell.
• Your registration documents will be reviewed, and you will be contacted via email and or telephone once your application has been approved.
• Sellers are not allowed to sell products or services that are not belong to Sellers are not allowed to sell other seller’s products or services
• Sellers are charged a NO commissions however, a small transaction fee of RMXXX per transaction is imposed to cover administration cost of https://ucmall.com.my. This fee will NOT be added onto your products but will be deducted from your gross sales proceed paid by the purchaser.
• When a seller’s product is sold, the seller will be notified via an automatic email from the website to verify receipt of The seller will then be responsible for packaging and delivery of the advertised item within the delivery period initially agreed upon.
• The seller will receive payment for the sale of products only after the customer receives the order in hand and is satisfied with the product.
• All service fee payment and receipt of sales proceeds and payment for sales of goods/services on https://ucmall.com.my are detailed in the Seller Services Agreement document.
• When creating a seller account with us, the seller is responsible for the managing of their products, prices (must be GST /SST inclusive – if any) and pictures, unless otherwise opted for assistance for Sellers will be able to view a range of details regarding their products such as sales reports, balances, inventory etc. from within their seller dashboard area.
