Shipping Policy
Product order placed before 5.00 PM Monday to Friday will be shipped at the same day. Product order placed after 5.00 PM or on weekend will be shipped next business day.Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may be affected by seasonal carrier volume.
The rates charged for the shipping of your order are based on the total weight of your product order. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and handling. Product orders over rm200 will qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier rates and seasonal surcharges. Although we are not responsible for any increase, we make every effort to minimize the effect on our customers.
Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products from our store.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professional will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
